Keep approved instructions together
Record the property address, accepted receiving entrance and placement agreed with the project team. Include the person authorised to answer a question if the space is unavailable. Do not substitute a nearby landmark for the actual destination.
Explain restrictions relevant to the visit through the appropriate private channel. Gate codes and security information do not belong in a public review or an open website field intended for general feedback.
Tell the crew what must remain clear
Point out the area needed for users, door movement and service access. Coordinate material deliveries and temporary storage around it. If the work sequence changes, seek a revised arrangement rather than moving the restroom independently.
Make sure a new supervisor receives the same information when responsibilities change. An older text message to a former contact is not a reliable ongoing handover.
Include collection in the closeout
Assign responsibility for the route and gate after the last crew leaves. Confirm pickup instructions before locks, barriers or site access arrangements change.
Use this guide for receiving and handover details. The separate Margate construction toilet page addresses equipment, use and the project-plan discussion; together they form a more complete enquiry.
