Can I ask for help before choosing a unit?
Yes. Describe the use, people, dates and available facilities. Tell the team which details are undecided and which features are essential. That is more useful than choosing a model only because it appears in a picture.
Does a cabin include handwashing?
Not necessarily. Ask about the offered model and whether a separate washing station is appropriate. Review water, soap, drying supplies and replenishment for the actual arrangement.
Will delivery happen as soon as I enquire?
An enquiry starts an assessment, not a dispatch. Equipment, dates, route and property access must be confirmed. Calls accepted around the clock do not amount to guaranteed around-the-clock delivery.
Who approves the equipment location?
The responsible property or venue contact should approve use of the space, while the provider reviews equipment and delivery suitability. Follow relevant project or event processes separately. A website page is not a permit or an accessibility certification.
How are cleaning and changes handled?
Ask what service and supplies are included in the proposal and how issues should be reported. Request confirmation of extensions, moves or altered pickup instructions before relying on them.
Can I enquire in writing without every detail?
Use the optional-fields quote form and include a contact method if you would like a response. Address and date information helps, but you can explain that you need advice. The form does not create a reservation or commit you to a proposal.
