Place facilities on the project plan
Margate’s construction application checklist includes portable bathrooms among site-plan items. Discuss their proposed position with the project team and check the applicable approval process. An equipment order is not a permit or compliance certification.
Keep the receiving entrance and service approach consistent with current work zones. Storage areas and delivery routes can change after ground work begins; identify a contact who can review those changes.
Explain the busiest working period
Give the expected crew pattern, including subcontractors and overlapping shifts. Describe permanent facilities that remain available and any restrictions on who may use them. Ask about the combination of cabins, washing and accessible provision appropriate to the project.
Do not use a cabin photo or an unrelated headcount rule as your final quantity decision. Project-specific requirements and servicing need their own assessment.
Plan for the next phase before it arrives
Review access when scaffolding, fencing or material stacks change. Request an agreed relocation or adjustment if the original position no longer works; do not move equipment independently.
Give the provider a way to reach someone responsible during planned visits. Maintain the approach until collection is complete, including days after the last crew has left.
