Compare specifications instead of names
Ask which fixtures are included and which are optional. If flushing, an interior basin or another feature matters, confirm it against the actual offered unit. Do not infer it from a photograph or a broad equipment description.
Explain who will use the cabin and why an upgrade is preferred. A guest-facing occasion, staff area and temporary home renovation may raise different practical questions.
Keep the ordinary site questions on the list
An upgraded interior does not remove the need for stable placement, door clearance or service access. Review the proposed position and the delivery path with the property contact and provider.
Consider lighting and the approach during the actual use hours. Any necessary supporting arrangements need separate approval; do not assume that a rental category includes every accessory.
Compare with a trailer only when it fits
If you are choosing between an upgraded cabin and a trailer, review the footprint, entrances and utility requirements of both options. A cabin may answer a different need rather than being a smaller equivalent of a trailer.
Send the Margate location, dates and essential features for an assessment. Confirm supplies, maintenance and accepted equipment in the proposal before making arrangements with other suppliers.
