Ask about the full station setup
Confirm what the offered equipment needs and what water, soap and drying supplies are included. Ask how usable supplies are checked and replenished. Portable equipment can differ, so avoid assuming that every station has the same capacity or operation.
Clarify whether the request is for handwashing, sanitizer or both. These are different provisions, and the responsible organiser should review any requirements associated with food service or the activity.
Choose a useful place on the route
Position washing where people naturally leave the toilets without narrowing the entrance or creating a bottleneck. Discuss access for children or people with mobility needs when relevant to the gathering.
Keep the station away from competing storage and explain how it remains reachable when an event becomes busy. The property contact and provider should agree the actual position.
Maintain the station through the schedule
Include setup, shifts and cleanup in the hours of use. Ask who should report low supplies or an operational issue and what service is included in the accepted proposal.
For a longer Margate rental, reassess the arrangement if attendance or working hours change. A fixed service plan should not be assumed suitable for an entirely different pattern of use.
