Margate / Rental decisions

A short rental still needs three time windows

The period when people need facilities is not always the same as the hours equipment may arrive or leave. Make those distinctions early.

Write down when facilities are actually needed

Include the people preparing the location and those clearing it afterward. A gathering that runs for an afternoon may involve work on either side of that period. Tell the team if permanent toilets are available during some hours but not others.

If a date depends on weather, access approval or a contractor’s schedule, identify it as provisional. Discuss when it must be finalised instead of assuming equipment has been held.

Agree the transport windows separately

Check delivery and pickup permissions with the property operator. Describe any controlled entrance, receiving contact or restriction that affects a supplier visit. Request confirmation that the proposed timetable can be accommodated.

Do not schedule other equipment in the same space until the layout is coordinated. Short duration does not make clearance or service access less important.

Clarify changes before the end of the hire

Ask how an extension, early finish or changed collection window should be reported. Confirm the effect on the accepted arrangement rather than assuming a message automatically changes the booking.

Send the Margate address and schedule with your request. The team can discuss cabins, washing and other suitable options against the actual period of use.
